To Place any Orders with Roobinas’s Cake, a minimum, 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required, otherwise, Orders are not guaranteed.
30% of the order Total balance is non-Refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
To Book the Date with Roobina’s Cake in advance, without confirmed Order details, a $200 non-Refundable deposit is required for the Wedding and a $100 Non-Refundable deposit for all other Events to book the Date. (Once order details are confirmed, the client must pay the remaining deposit amount to equal 30% of the Order Total balance)
The entire Order Total amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to the Event Date. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of the entire order.
Any Checks must be made out to “Roobina’s Cake Inc.” and are accepted latest, One month prior to the Event.
Cancelation:
In case of cancelation, Roobina’s Cake provides store credit ONLY and does not refund any payments made of any kind back to clients. To receive store credits, Notification of cancelation is required at the latest 14 days prior to the Event Date. (The 30% Non- Refundable deposit and $100/$200 non-Refundable deposit for the booking will not be included store credits).
Delivery:
Roobina’s Cake is not responsible for any damages to products, that accrue after satisfactory delivery and set up at the Event Location.
Release of Liability:
All Orders are handcrafted cannot guarantee a 100% replication of any photos or designs provided or requested.
Any changes requested after the Order is finalized and placed must be documented and confirmed by both parties and made at least 14 days prior to the Event Date and may be subject to additional charges, which will change the Order Total.
Orders placed less than 14 days prior to the Event Dates are Final and cannot be changed.
Any remarks regarding unsatisfying design details or condition of any products must be made to a Roobina’s Cake representative before the client accepts the finished product, otherwise, Roobina’s Cake cannot be held accountable for it.
Flowers and other items provide by clients must be dropped off at least One Day prior to the Order Date, otherwise, Roobina’s Cake cannot be held accountable for any error.
